Admission Process

Complete the Online Application
Begin your journey by completing our online application form available on the school website. The process is simple and only takes a few minutes.

Entrance Test Scheduling
Once your application is received, our Admissions Team will contact you to schedule the entrance test at a convenient time.

Entrance Test & Initial Payment
Students are required to complete the entrance test and proceed with the deposit fee payment as part of the admissions process.

Test Results
The admission results will be communicated within a minimum of three (3) working days after the test.

Letter of Acceptance
If the student is accepted, the Admissions Office will issue a Letter of Acceptance, followed by the enrollment and tuition fee invoice. Payment must be completed according to the stated due date.

Enrollment Completion
Parents will be contacted to:
Sign the Financial Commitment Letter
Collect the school learning kit from the Admissions Office
Upon completion of these steps, your child will be officially enrolled.

Early Years Programme
Fee Structure for Academic Year 2026/2027 would be as follows:

Enrollment fee is payable upon registration and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Kindergarten tuition fee follows the Elementary School tuition fee rate.
All fees listed above are valid for Academic Year 2026/2027 and are subject to annual review.
All payments cannot be transferred to another candidate.
Entrance test fee: Rp 100,000
Deposit fee: Rp 2,000,000 with the following conditions:
The deposit fee will be deducted from the full enrollment fee if the student is accepted.
The deposit fee is refundable if the student is not accepted (based on the admission process). The deposit is non-refundable if there is a cancellation of enrollment for any reason.
